History

The Andre Kareem Scholarship Fund was created in loving memory of my son Andre Kareem, whose life touched countless hearts through his strength, perseverance, and unwavering spirit.

Our mission is to provide financial assistance and encouragement to students from single-parent households as they transition from high school to college. We believe that every student deserves the opportunity to pursue higher education, regardless of financial circumstances.

This scholarship represents more than financial support—it is an investment in the future, a celebration of achievement, and a continuation of Andre’s legacy of hope, determination, and community impact.

Though Andre’s journey was brief, his impact is everlasting. Through education, opportunity, and service, his legacy lives on.”
